These Terms of Service govern access to dwhse.com, its online-store features, customer support, and related services.

References to “we,” “us,” and “our” mean the company identified above.
These terms should be read with our Terms and Conditions, Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return and Refund Policy.
1. Eligibility and Accurate Details
You must have the legal capacity and any required authorization to place an order.
Provide accurate contact, payment, and delivery information. Incorrect details may prevent payment authorization, dispatch, delivery, or effective support.
If an account feature is available, protect your login credentials and report suspected unauthorized access promptly.
2. Products and Intended Use
Our store offers toilet brushes and related product configurations described on individual product pages.
Read the description, available options, included components, and instructions before ordering. Product photographs may show small differences in color or finish because of lighting and display settings.
These variations do not excuse supplying a product that is materially different from its description.
Products must be used for their stated purpose. Our toilet brush sets are intended for manual toilet-bowl cleaning, not for clearing blockages or repairing plumbing.
3. Availability and Product Updates
We may update stock, product options, descriptions, and prices for future orders.
Cart placement does not reserve inventory. If an ordered item becomes unavailable, we will contact you about an appropriate alternative or cancellation and refund.
4. Ordering and Acceptance
Submitting an order is a request to purchase. An automated acknowledgment confirms receipt of that request.
Orders may be reviewed for payment authorization, stock availability, destination eligibility, obvious errors, and suspected unauthorized activity.
If we cannot fulfill an order after collecting payment, the amount collected for the canceled purchase will be refunded. Nothing in this section overrides mandatory rules governing contract formation or cancellation.
5. Prices and Payments
Review the final checkout amount before paying. It includes the product charges and any shipping, taxes, discounts, or other disclosed amounts applicable to your order.
Transactions are in USD unless another currency is expressly displayed at checkout.
Payment methods depend on what is available during checkout. Your bank or provider may apply its own conversion or transaction fees.
6. Changes and Cancellation Requests
Contact service@dwhse.com as soon as possible to request a change or cancellation.
We assess requests according to fulfillment status. Changes cannot be guaranteed after preparation, packing, or dispatch has progressed.
If cancellation is no longer possible, eligible returns remain available after delivery. Statutory cancellation rights are unaffected.
7. Shipping Arrangements
Standard preparation takes 2–5 business days, extending to 6 business days during peak periods.
Standard shipping is USD $6.99 per order to supported destinations, subject to an expressly advertised checkout promotion.
Transit estimates, customs information, tracking, and delivery-problem procedures appear in our Shipping Policy.
We do not automatically transfer all shipment risk to you when a carrier collects the parcel.
8. Returns and Refunds
Eligible voluntary returns may be requested within 30 calendar days after delivery.
Unused condition and other eligibility requirements apply to preference-based returns. Customers pay the associated return shipping.
Confirmed damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or materially misdescribed goods receive an appropriate solution at no additional cost to the customer.
Authorized returns are inspected and approved refunds issued within 10 business days after receipt, unless a shorter mandatory deadline applies.
9. Website Materials and Customer Submissions
Branding, photographs, text, layouts, and other protected materials belong to us or the relevant rights holders.
You may browse and use the store for lawful personal purposes. Commercial reproduction of protected materials requires permission unless otherwise allowed by law.
If you submit a review, image, or comment, you must have the right to provide it. You permit us to display it for the purpose for which it was submitted. You retain ownership of your original content.
10. Prohibited Conduct
Do not use the store to commit fraud, impersonate another person, access systems without permission, distribute malware, infringe rights, unlawfully collect personal information, or materially disrupt services.
We may take proportionate steps to protect customers and the website when misuse is identified.
11. Third-Party Services and Technical Availability
Independent providers support functions such as hosting, payments, delivery, and communications. Their own terms may apply when you use their services directly.
Temporary interruptions may result from maintenance, network failures, security events, or provider outages. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
Using a third-party provider does not remove obligations we retain under applicable law.
12. Responsibility and Consumer Protection
Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory product guarantees, remedies, or other rights that cannot legally be restricted.
Any limitation of responsibility applies only to the extent permitted by law. We do not exclude liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Reasonable misuse-prevention measures do not remove valid rights relating to an existing purchase.
13. Governing Law and Concerns
These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, subject to mandatory protections and jurisdictional rights applicable to consumers in their own country or region.
Contact customer care first if you would like us to investigate a concern. Doing so does not prevent you from using legal remedies or contacting a competent authority.
14. Changes and Continuing Provisions
We may revise these terms for future website use or transactions. Changes are identified by the update date and do not retrospectively remove rights attached to completed purchases.
If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue where legally possible. A delay in enforcing a provision does not automatically waive it.
