Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, China Standard Time (UTC+8)
Saturday–Sunday: Closed
You may email us at any time. We aim to respond within 1–2 business days. Messages received outside support hours are reviewed during the next available business period.
Help Us Locate Your Request
For an existing order, please include:
- Your order number
- The name or email address used at checkout
- The product concerned
- A short explanation of the assistance you need
If an item arrived damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, include clear photographs of the product and packaging where possible. If uploading images is difficult, send your message first and we will explain an alternative.
Do not email complete payment-card numbers, security codes, banking passwords, or other sensitive financial credentials.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Email us as soon as possible if you need to change an item, quantity, or delivery address, or request cancellation.
We review requests according to the order’s fulfillment status. Changes cannot be guaranteed once preparation, packing, or dispatch has progressed. If cancellation is no longer possible, eligible items may be returned after delivery under our Return and Refund Policy.
Returns and Product Concerns
Contact us before sending a product back. Our team will review your request and provide the appropriate return destination and instructions.
The business address below is not automatically a return warehouse. Please do not send returns there unless we expressly instruct you to do so.
